教学简介

讲授课程:《有机化学》、《有机化学实验》等，主编或参编教材:《有机化学》、《有机化学实验》和《化学创造美好生活》。主持江西省高等学校省级教改课题两项，参与多项。国家一流本科课程和江西省一流本科课程主讲教师。

科研简介

主要从事天然产物分析、化学计量学方法及食品安全及分析应用等方面的工作，特别是化学计量学在食品中的应用方面开展了积极的工作，取得了较满意的结果。主持完成江西省教育厅青年基金一项，参与国家自然基金一项和多项江西省自然基金项目。
