Research fields:

My main research interests include food quality and safety and analytical chemistry for life science. In recent years, I have been mainly engaged in the synthesis and application of functionalized molecularly imprinted polymers, visualization detection of functionalized nanoparticles, and food proteomics. At present, I have published 4 research papers in the journals of Food Chemistry, Chinese Chemical Letters and Talanta, and applied for 2 national invention patents.
