承担了《分析化学》、《仪器分析》、《分析化学实验》等本科生课程以及《高等分析化学》、《药物分析化学》等研究生课程的教学工作,取得良好教学效果。
主要从事纳米材料研制、生物分子识别以及微流控芯片电泳分析等方面的研究。目前,主持在研国家自然科学基金2项(21265012和21475056)和教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(NCET-13-0848)等项目的研究工作,已主持完成国家自然科学基金2(2080502321065006)以及多项省部级项目的研究。在纳米材料制备、仿生分子识别以及微流控芯片电泳分析等方面取得较好进展:研制了多种新型功能纳米材料,利用纳米材料与生物分子之间的特殊相互作用,研究生物分子在表界面的固定化及其生物活性变化,研制了多种具有良好光/电特性的纳米生物探针;设计和制备了集样品采集、反应、富集分离和检测等功能于一体的微分析系统,为复杂样品中生物分子的快速分离分析提供了研究平台。近年来,在Chem.-Eur. J., Biosens. Bioelectron., J. Chromatogr. A, J. Mater. Chem.等国际刊物上发表SCI学术论文50余篇,他引1000次;授权发明专利7
